Delivery Time
Once shipped, delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping carrier. Please note that delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout. Prices listed on the website do not include customs duties, import taxes, or additional carrier fees, unless otherwise stated. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared via email, where available. Please allow some time for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Delays & Liability
Cosmic Cart is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. All delivery timelines are estimates only.
Once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer, in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Cosmic Cart is not liable for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
